Console not available
The console is not available and a couchdb error is displayed.
Problem
The IBM®
Netcool® Operations Insight® console cannot be accessed because the couchdb disk is full. The following error is
displayed:
{"code":500,"message":"undefined","level":"error","description":"couch returned 500"}Resolution
To avoid the couchdb disk becoming full, as the amount of stored data continues to grow, complete
the following steps:
- Offload historic runbook executions: Administering data storage
- Increase your couchdb claim size: Expanding persistent volumes
