Alert Viewer fails to start in hybrid deployment

Problem

Alert Viewer fails to start on upgrading your hybrid deployment to Netcool® Operations Insight® 1.6.6.

Resolution

If you see this error message on starting Alert Viewer, click Retry until it gets authenticated.
