Unable to open Cloud native analytics GUIs on Internet Explorer

When you try to open Cloud native analytics windows on Internet Explorer on a hybrid deployment, you encounter a certificate error similar to the following error.

Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate.

Proceed as follows.

1. On Internet Explorer, go to Internet options.
2. In the Advanced tab, clear Warn about certificate address mismatch
3. Log in to Dashboard Application Services Hub.
4. In the open window, click Cloud Analytics. A new window opens.
5. Click More Information, and then click Go on to the Webpage' The certificate error is now displayed in the browser URL bar.
6. In the browser URL bar, click Certificate error > View Certificate.
7. Go to Certificate Path tab > Select 'ingress-operator@' > View Certificate
8. Install Certificate and select Place all certificate in the following store > Browse > Trusted Root Certificate Authorities > OK > Next > Finish.
9. Click Yes at the Do you want to install this certificate prompt.
