Use the following troubleshooting information to resolve performance problems with Event Analytics.

Edit selection window hangs
Edit selection window hangs when 'selecting all' for a large number of related events during seasonal event rule creation.
Event Analytics View Related Events portlet has issue with right-click actions
Following a right-click of any of the lists in the View Related Events portlet and of other Event Analytics GUIs, the right-click menu can be slow to load. If this occurs, and you try right-clicking again before the menu has loaded, the portlet can become unresponsive. If this occurs you must close and reopen the View Related Events portlet.
Export of large Related Event configuration fails
The export a configuration with more then 2000 Related Event groups fails.
Index recommendations for related event performance
Improve indexes on the historical database.
