Unable to access noi-proxy due to network-policy
You are unable to send data from an on-premises system, for example a probe, to Netcool® Operations Insight® on OpenShift®.
Problem
This issue occurs when you send event data from an on-premises system, a probe for example, to
Netcool Operations Insight on OpenShift. For
example, if you install a network load balancer to forward probe data to noi-proxy,
data is not transferred.
Cause
By default, noi-proxy is not externally accessible due to the content of the
default network-policy.
Solution
To enable the data flow, disable the network-policy.
