Export to PNG or JPG options do not work

Export to PNG or JPG options do not work in a metric anomaly detection chart.

In the metric anomaly details chart, PNG or JPG export options do not work.

Resolution

In the metric anomaly details chart, PNG or JPG export does not work and can occur intermittently, especially in Firefox browser. The export time might be slower than the normal so it might take a little longer for the export to complete. However, if it still does not export then try again later. Alternatively, use a different browser such as Google Chrome.
