Right-click menu commands appearing in capital letters

In the View Related Events portlet the Related Event Groups panel right-click menu commands momentarily appear in capital letters.

Problem

In the View Related Events portlet the Related Event Groups panel right-click menu commands momentarily appear in capital letters. After a few seconds the commands return to normal and can be selected.

Resolution

Wait for a few moments. The commands then return to normal and can be selected.
