Managing triggers

The following functions are available on the Triggers page:
Create new trigger
Click Create new trigger to open the New trigger window and configure your trigger. For more information, see Create a trigger. You can add a trigger if you are an RBA Author or RBA Approver.
Check if an automatic or manual runbook is used
You can find out if the trigger is mapped to an automatic or manual runbook in the Execution column.
Check the status of the trigger
The Triggers table displays the current status of a trigger. A trigger can have a status of On, Off, or Broken. You can turn a trigger on or off by using the toggle button in the Status column.
Check if the runbook that is assigned to the trigger still exists
The Trigger table displays any triggers that are broken because the assigned runbook has been deleted.
Edit trigger
In the Triggers table, click the Menu overflow Menu overflow icon and select Edit trigger to change your current settings.
Copy trigger
To copy a trigger, click Menu overflow Menu overflow icon and select Copy trigger.
Delete trigger
If this trigger is no longer valid, click Menu overflow Menu overflow icon and select Delete trigger. You can delete a trigger if you are an RBA Manager.
