Incorrect version displays in dashboard

The IBM® Netcool® for Watson™ AIOps dashboard incorrectly shows Netcool Operations Insight® on OpenShift® version 164.

Problem

After you upgrade from Netcool Operations Insight on OpenShift version 1.6.4 to version 1.6.5, the IBM Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps dashboard still displays version 1.6.4.

Resolution

Confirm if you have the updated version through either the command line or the UI.
  • From the command line, check the deployment yaml file and see which version is displayed.
    oc get noi -o yaml |grep version
  • From the UI, go to the deployed IBM Netcool Operations Insight operator. Select the Netcool Operations Insight deployment and check the version in the deployment yaml file.
