The proxy server and the object server on the Netcool® Operations Insight® on Red Hat® OpenShift® are disconnected after 15 minutes.
Problem
The proxy server and the object server on the Netcool Operations Insight on Red Hat OpenShift are disconnected.
Resolution
The default timeout value for communication to the Netcool Operations Insight on Red Hat OpenShift's ObjectServer is 15 minutes. You can modify the default value through the proxy server configmap. Set the connectionTimeoutMs value in milliseconds.
