External LDAP server fails to connect through LDAP proxy in cloud systems
In cloud systems, external LDAP server fails to connect through LDAP proxy.
Resolution
During installation, if the ObjectServer (ncoprimary-pod) fails to connect to LDAP server, the following error message might be displayed:
ANR3114E LDAP error 52 (DSA is unavailable)
Failure to connect the external LDAP server by using the LDAP proxy might be due to a missing DNS resolution of the LDAP server. To rectify this issue, ensure that your ncoprimary-pod connects to the LDAP server through the selected DNS name.
