Managing users with LDAP

You can create users and complete other user management tasks with your selected type of LDAP server. The following information is specific to the built-in OpenLDAP server, when LDAP mode:standalone is specified at installation time. If you specified LDAP mode:proxy at installation time, then your LDAP administrator must create the required users and groups in your external LDAP server. The open source OpenLDAP server is installed as part of the Netcool Operations Insight on Red Hat OpenShift installation. Access this server to manage users and groups.
