Creating users

(Optional) In Netcool® Operations Insight® on OpenShift®, all users must be created either in the OpenLDAP user interface, if you are running on the stand-alone LDAP pod that comes with Netcool Operations Insight on OpenShift, or on your enterprise LDAP server, if you are running the LDAP proxy option. Users must not be created in other Netcool Operations Insight components as these users are not recognized in Netcool Operations Insight on OpenShift.
