Missing topology analytics menus

An initial user (icpadmin) is created with a new Netcool® Operations Insight® on Red Hat® OpenShift® installation, to log in to the Cloud GUI and WebGUI. When logging in to WebGUI with that user, the topology analytics menus are missing from the navigation (for example, Incident > Agile Service Management Incident > Topology viewer).

Complete the following steps to view all menus:

Procedure

  1. Go to WebGUI > Console Settings > User Roles.
  2. Search for your user.
  3. Add the inasm_admin role.
  4. Log out of WebGUI and log back in again.
