Complete the following tasks to configure your IBM Netcool Operations Insight® release. Most of these tasks are optional.

Enable the launch-in-context menu to start manual or semi-automated runbooks from events for your cloud IBM® Netcool® Operations Insight on Red Hat® OpenShift® deployment. For more information, see Enabling the launch-in-context menu.

Install Netcool/Impact and complete postinstallation tasks. For more information, see Configuring Netcool/Impact to link events to runbooks and Installing the Netcool/Impact add-on for Runbook Automation. Create triggers and link events with the runbooks. For more information, see Triggers.
