Problem

Grouping does not work if time zones differ on hybrid systems.

Resolution

If grouping is not working in your hybrid deployment and the data is valid, check that your timestamps are correct. Check timestamps on both your on-premises and cloud servers. If the timestamps are not correct, the deduplicator or collator will fail because events appear in the past. Use Universal Coordinated Time (Coordinated Universal Time) on both your on-premises and cloud ObjectServers.
