Managing multiple policies

You can batch select policies and apply actions to all of your selections at one time.

About this task

This feature applies only to related alerts and temporal pattern policies. The checkboxes for all other policy types are grayed out and cannot be selected.


  1. In the Navigation icon main navigation menu, select Automations icon Automations and click Policies.
  2. Select multiple policies from the table by using the checkboxes at the beginning of the table rows.
    Tip: You can select all of the eligible policies in the table by clicking the checkbox in the table header beside Policy name.
  3. A banner displays the number of policies that are selected, together with a menu of options. Depending on the policy type, some of the following actions can be applied to multiple policies at the same time:
    • Disable automatic updates
    • Enable
    • Disable
    • Archive
