The Netcool Operations Insight- probe and gateway are connected to different ObjectServer pairs.

Resolution

Complete either of the following steps to successfully start the Netcool Operations Insight - probe on hybrid environment:
  1. Connect probe and gateway to same ObjectServer pair.
  2. Have the same root password for the collection layer and aggregation layer OS pairs.
