Default event status icons

The Structure Browser in table mode, the Network Views, and the Network Hop View show the severity of events affecting a device or other network entity such as a card, by showing an alert icon adjacent to the entity.

The following table shows the default event status icons.

Default icon in the Network Views Severity or meaning Color in the Event Viewer
Default alert status icon for devices for which no status has been retrieved. In the Event Viewer, these devices are colored gray.
No status has been retrieved for this device. If this persists, there might be an error. Not applicable
Default alert status icon for the severity level 5("critical")
 
5 (critical) Red
Default alert status icon for the severity level 4 ("major"). In the Event Viewer, alerts with this severity level are colored red.
 
4 (major) Orange
Default alert status icon for the severity level 3 ("minor"). In the Event Viewer, alerts with this severity level are colored yellow.
3 (minor) Yellow
Default alert status icon for the severity level 2 ("warning"). In the Event Viewer, alerts with this severity level are colored blue.
2 (warning) Blue
Default alert status icon for the severity level 1("indeterminate"). In the Event Viewer, alerts with this severity level are colored purple.
1 (indeterminate) Purple
Default alert status icon for the severity level 0("clear"). In the Event Viewer, alerts with this severity level are colored green.
0 (clear) Green
Default alert status icon for devices that have no events. In the Event Viewer, these devices are colored gray.
There are no events for this device. This icon is not used in the Network Hop View. Not applicable
Default alert status icon for unmanaged nodes or devices.

This icon appears next to unmanaged devices or components.

Partially Unmanaged Device icon
This icon appears next to devices that contain unmanaged components. Not applicable
