Starting the monitoring agent
Use a command to start the monitoring agent.
Before you begin
If you are using Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 or SuSE Linux
Enterprise Server

run the following command before installing uninstalling, starting, or stopping the monitoring
agent:
setarch $(uname -m) --uname-2.6About this task
When you install the monitoring agent, the files used to start the agent when the system reboots are automatically set up. The file used to restart the agent is /etc/init.d/ITMAgents2. If you install another agent, the 2 is incremented; for example, the next agent installed would be ITMAgents3.
Run the following command to start the agent: ./ITMAgents2
