Installing the Veritas NetBackup license

Deployment options: Netezza Performance Server for Cloud Pak for Data System

To use the NetBackup-Netezza Performance Server integration, you must install a license key on the Veritas NetBackup server so that you can create a backup policy of type ‘DataStore.’

About this task

To add the license, complete the following steps.

Procedure

  1. On the NetBackup Administration Console, select Help > License Keys.
  2. Click New.
  3. In the Add a New License Key dialog, enter the following key and then click Add: 
    DEXW-PM9K-R38B-UZPN-OPPR-PPXP-PPCP-PPPP-PP6

Results

The new license key displays in the license list.
