Added support for Python 3.11 in INZA.
Fixes
- Improved handling of inza upgrade and uninstallation when dependencies are present and the user chooses to skip them, by backing up dependencies and removing them if the installation proceeds.
- Addressed CVE-2021-26291 by removing unused Apache Maven–related components.
