Netezza Performance Server commands

The nzbatchbnr command
Use the nzbatchbnr command to run batch operations for backup and radm_cloud_nzbatchbnradm_cloud_nzbatchbnradm_cloud_nzbatchbnrestore.
The nzconfigcrypto command
Use the nzconfigcrypto command to enable or disable the enhanced cryptography support.
The nzcontents command
Use the nzcontents command to display the IBM Netezza Appliance and IBM Netezza Appliance program names, the revision level, the build level, and the checksum of binaries.
The nzconvert command
Use the nzconvert command to convert between any two encodings, between these encodings and UTF-8, and from UTF-32, UTF-16, or UTF-8 to NFC, for loading with the nzload command or external tables.
The nzds command
Use the nzds command to manage and obtain information about the data slices in the system.

The nzhistcleanupdb command
Issue the nzhistcleanupdb command to delete outdated history information from a history database.

The nzkey command
Use the nzkey command to manage and apply the authentication keys to auto-lock the SEDs for the host drives or the storage array drives that are managed by the SPUs.
The nzkeydb command
Use the nzkeydb command to create a keystore for securely storing the SED AEKs.
The nzkeybackup command
Use the nzkeybackup command to create a backup copy of the SED AEK key store.
The nzkmip command
Use the nzkmip command to manage IBM Security Key Lifecycle Manager AEK configuration and setup.
The nzload command
Use the nzload command to load ASCII data into database tables.
The nznpssysrevs command
Use the nznpssysrevs command to display revision information for the installed software and host information.
The nzpassword command
Use the nzpassword command to manage passwords. The primary use is to store your password locally and thus use the CLI commands without having to type your password on the command line.
The nzreclaim command
Use the nzreclaim command to recover disk space that is used by updated or deleted data by using the GROOM TABLE command.
The nzrestore command
Use the nzrestore command to restore your database from a backup.
The nzrev command
Use the nzrev command to display the software revision level.
The nzsession command
Use the nzsession command to view and manage sessions.
The nzspupart command
Use the nzspupart command to display information about the SPU partitions on a system, inr_sysadm_nzspupart_cmdhttps://ibmid.acrolinx.cloud/cluding status information and the disks that support the partition.
The nzstart command
Use the nzstart command to start system operation after you stop the system. The nzstart command is a script that initiates a system start by setting up the environment and starting the startup server.
The nzstate command
Use the nzstate command to display the current system state or to wait for a particular system state to occur.
The nzstats command
Use the nzstats command to display statistics about system capacity, faults, and performance.
The nzstop command
Use the nzstop command to stop the Netezza Performance Server software operations. Stopping a system stops all the Netezza Performance Server processes that were started with the nzstart command.
The nzsystem command
Use the nzsystem command to change the system state, and show and set configuration information.
The nzzonemapformat command
Use the nzzonemapformat command to display or change the type of zone maps.
Customer service troubleshooting commands
Occasionally, Customer Service might ask you to use commands that are in the /nz/kit/bin/adm directory. These commands are low-level diagnostic commands that can be run only on the host and require administrative privileges.
The nz_find_32bit_udx command
You can use the nz_find_32bit_udx command to identify all 32-bit UDXs.
