Cumulative backup

After you run a full backup on a database, you can specify an incremental backup. To run an incremental cumulative backup on the host, you use the nzbackup command and specify the -cumulative option.

The following is the syntax for a cumulative backup:

nzbackup -db <db_name> -dir <dirname> -cumulative

The following is the syntax for a cumulative backup that is written to the NetBackup application:

nzbackup -db <db_name> -cumulative -connector netbackup
