Resume the system

Netezza Performance Server for Cloud Pak for Data System

Note: This feature is not supported if you have Netezza Performance Server 11.2.2.X and later installed on Cloud Pak for Data System 2.X.

Once you have successfully locked the SPU drives, you can now resume your system.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the container as the nz user.
  2. Run the following command to resume the system from the paused state: 
    nzsystem resume
    Example:
    nz@nz3-node1-npshost ~]$ nzsystem resume
[nz@nz3-node1-npshost ~]$ nzstate
System state is 'Online'.

Results

The system is now online and ready to use.
