International/Unicode character support

UDX object names can include any of the supported characters for SQL identifier names, as described in the IBM® Netezza® Database User’s Guide. UDFs support NCHAR and NVARCHAR argument and return types. UDAs support NCHAR and NVARCHAR argument, state, and return types.
