To make the icons that denote event severity more recognizable to your users, replace the
default icon images with your own versions.
About this task
You can replace the default severity icon images with customs
images that are more appropriate to your organization. You must rename your custom image files to
reflect those of the default versions and replace the existing icon images in the relevant folder,
depending on whether you want to customize the AEL severity icons or the Event List severity
icons.
Procedure
- Back up the existing icon image files. Table 1 lists the default file names for the
images.
- For the Active Event List (AEL), the files are in JazzSM_WAS_Profile/installedApps/JazzSMNode01Cell/isc.ear/OMNIbusWebGUI.war/graphicconversions/severity
- For the Event Viewer, the files are in JazzSM_WAS_Profile/installedApps/JazzSMNode01Cell/isc.ear/OMNIbusWebGUI.war/graphicconversions/themes/theme_name/severity
Where
theme_name is:
- oneui for the IBM OneUI theme
- oneuidark for the Tivoli Dark theme
- idl for the IBM Design theme
