Interpreting NSM service execution status codes

When a service executes, the service execution response from NSM includes information about the status of the service.

Table 1 lists all of the NSM service execution status codes, associated text, and their meanings.

`0`	`Success`	Service executed successfully.
`10`	`Submitted`	Service submitted for execution.
`20`	`In Progress`	Service execution in progress.
`30`	`Failed`	Service failed execution.
`50`	`Deleting`	A service has been submitted for service deletion.
`60`	`Deleted`	Service is deleted.
`70`	`Failed to Delete`	Failed to delete service.
`80`	`In Progress Deleting`	A service is in the process of being deleted.
`90`	`Failed with indeterminate state`	A service would be in this state if any preprocessing of command sets, devices, or parameters used by the service was found to have failed.
