Interpreting NSM service execution status codes
When a service executes, the service execution response from NSM includes information about the status of the service.
Interpreting HTTP status codes and NSM error codes
If an NSM client user runs an invalid command that results in an error, an HTTP status code and NSM error code are returned. The HTTP status code includes information about whether a request is received by the NSM server. The NSM error codes give an indication on why NSM failed the request.
Checking the NSM REST API installation
To verify that the NSM REST API is installed correctly, complete two checks: request the /realm URI using the GET method and verify that the NSM CLI tool is installed.
