OOBC installation fails when using AIX 6.1
Installation of OOBC on AIX 6.1 can fail if TL 7 is not applied.

- The installer exits without installing OOBC, and the following message is written to the
console:
Error: Port Library failed to initialize Could not create the Java virtual machine. - Probable cause
- Your AIX operating system is AIX 6.1 Technology Level (TL) 6 or below.
- Solution
- To determine the level of your operating system, you can run the following
command.
oslevel -s
