Resource event fields

Use this information to understand the fields in resource events.

The following fields specific to Netcool Configuration Manager are presented within resource events.

Table 1. Fields in resource events
Column name	Description
Agent	Contains the text `ITNCM Device trap`, identifying this event as a IBM Tivoli Netcool Configuration Manager resource event.
AlertGroup	Contains the text `Resource event`, identifying this event as a IBM Tivoli Netcool Configuration Manager resource event.
AlertKey	Contains a combination of the following data: Display name of the resource. Unique key for the resource. Type of the resouces.
LocalNodeAlias	Contains the Netcool Configuration Manager instance name.
Summary	The textual summary of the cause of the alert.
Identifier	Contains a combination of data in the event and enables deduplication of events based on resource and Netcool Configuration Manager instance name.
