Troubleshooting the sensor
This topic describes common problems that occur with the SAP SLD server sensor and presents solutions for those problems.
SLDServerAgent connection timeout errors
- Problem
- SLDServerAgent connection timeout errors are found in the DiscoverManager.log file.
- Solution
- In the $COLLATION_HOME/etc/collation.properties file,
increase the value of the
com.collation.discover.agent.SLDServerAgent.connectionTimeoutproperty until the connection is successful.
