Model objects with associated attributes

The SAP SLD server sensor creates model objects with associated attributes. The attributes indicate the type of information that the sensor collects about the SAP systems, SAP servers (ABAP and Java™), and SAP components in your IT environment.

The sensor creates the following model objects. The attributes that are associated with each model object are shown below the model object name.

The SAP SLD server sensor discovers also other databases than Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL Server databases. For example, it discovers the SAP HANA database. The sensor creates a new type of model object for them, DatabaseServer. To distinguish the databases inside this class, the hierarchyDomain and hierarchyType attributes are set for each object. For example, the attributes are set to the following values for the HDB object:
hierarchyDomain="app.db.hdb.mysap"
hierarchyType="HDBDatabaseServer"
