Configuring the sensor

Before you run a discovery, you must configure the sensor.

Configuring the access list

The sensor requires the following credentials for a successful discovery:

Windows computer system credentials for the EMC Storage Scope server
Oracle credentials for the EMC database. If you enable SSL for the JDBC connection, you must also add the cwallet.sso file to the access list.
