Editing tasks
Use this procedure to edit tasks. An existing task can be edited if the task status is Active. You edit a task in the Task Scheduler page.
Procedure

Choose Admin > Settings > Task
Scheduler to open the Task Scheduler page.
If the Task Scheduler service is not available, you will see an error message and will be unable to edit tasks. Contact your DemandTec by Acoustic Representative for assistance.

Select a task, right-click, and select Details to open the
Edit Task dialog box.
You can edit your selections for the Task Type and Task Definition. You cannot change the start date of a schedule for a task if the task was executed one or more times. The number of occurrences cannot be less than or equal to the number of times that the task has already executed on the schedule.

Click Save when you are done with your edits.
The edited task appears in the Task Scheduler page.
