Viewing users assigned to a role
Use this procedure to view users assigned to a role.
About this task
You may want to view all users with a specific role, so that you can decide how to assign the roles across your organization. Administrators with the Edit Permission permission can view users assigned to a selected role.
Procedure
- Choose Admin > Access > Roles.
- Right-click on a role, or shift-click on multiple roles,
and select View Users. The View
Users page lists all users assigned to the roles.

- From this page, you can right click on a role to edit or delete it, or right click on a user to view or edit administration details such as the profile or permissions.
