Line to line relationship

Line to line relationship data columns and descriptions are listed here.

This imports line group to line group relationship data used for the Product or Line Relationship rule.

Relationship Type

Enter Multiplier or Relative.

  • Multiplier: The value is multiplied with the optimized price of Line(1).
  • Relative: The value is added to the optimized price of Line(2).

If the Relationship Type field is blank in the import file, the relationship will not appear in DemandTec by Acoustic. If the relationship already exists, DemandTec by Acoustic will delete it.

Relationship Value

Numeric value (greater than zero for multipliers) used to determine the new price of Line(2), as in the following calculations:

  • Price of Line(2) = Price of Line(1) * Multiplier Value
  • Price of Line(2) = Price of Line(1) + Relative Value
