Automatic location search order process for service requests
When searching for a service request (SR) record that is not linked with a map feature, the Auto-Locate function processes the information in a defined order.
The following table illustrates the order that the Auto-Locate function searches for a service request record that is not linked with a map feature.

If the service request's service address is not linked with a map feature | then the Auto-Locate function searches for the X and Y coordinates of the service request's service address |
If the service request's service address X and Y coordinates are not specified | then the Auto-Locate function searches for the linked map feature of the SR's asset. |
If the service request's asset is not linked to a map feature. | then the Auto-Locate function searches for the service address X and Y coordinates of the SR's asset. |
If the service address X and Y coordinates of the SR's asset are not specified | then the Auto-Locate function searches for the linked map feature of the SR's location. |
If the service request's location is not linked to a map feature. | then the Auto-Locate function searches for the service address X and Y coordinates of the SR's location. |
