Quality issues
You can use the Clusters feature to identify the key issues (both positive and negative) that affect most of your users. This feature also helps you to track user responses after you release a new build to fix issues or introduce new features. The Top clusters feature helps you to quickly gain insight into the issues that have the most recent and significant effect on users' perception of app quality. You can use the objective data that is gathered in both the Clusters and Top cluster features to help prioritize your development requirements.
Clusters
MobileFirst Quality Assurance analyzes all of the reviews that are submitted for a particular app and looks for commonalities within each review to find users who are talking about the same topics. For example, if many users are talking about your app crashing, those reviews are organized into a single cluster. After related reviews are identified, MobileFirst Quality Assurance organizes them into clusters. Detailed information is provided for each cluster:- How many reviews the cluster is composed of.
- The date range of the included reviews.
- The average star rating for all of the reviews within the cluster.
