priority
This command sets the service-level priority for the log target.
Syntax
priority { low | normal | high }
Parameters
low- Sets the service to receive below normal priority for scheduling and resource allocation.
normal- Sets the service to receive normal priority for scheduling and resource allocation. This setting is the default value.
high- Sets the service to receive above normal priority for scheduling and resource allocation.
Guidelines
The priority command
sets the priority for log target event-flushing. When resources are
in high demand, setting the priority to high can
increase processing capacity of the log target but might have a negative
effect on the throughput of the appliance.
