Troubleshooting solid-state drive modules

How to troubleshoot the solid-state drive module for the M2004 appliance.

About this task

The solid-state drive modules are the RAID physical drives and contain the data that is written to the RAID array.

Procedure

  1. View RAID status.
    • From the GUI search field, enter RAID and click RAID physical drive status.
    • From the CLI, run the show raid-physical-drive command.
    If the state shows Unconfigured Bad or Failed the solid-state drive is damaged and must be replaced.
