Library fields

Fixed library fields are pre-defined in Marketing Operations OnDemand.

The following table defines the fixed library fields:

Field Description
Title Name of the library.
Summary Short description of the library.
Job Number Identifying number for the library. System administrators define the job number generation rules for the account.
Company List of company or client names. System administrators enter the companies or clients.

You can work with IBM® support to change the label "Company" to "Client".

Group Used to categorize libraries.
Status When project managers create and manage libraries, they can set the status of the project. This field can also be used when someone generates reports, such as listing all projects that have a status of Pending.
Library Logo When users add and manage libraries, they can upload a logo for the library. This logo replaces any project logos.
Notification When users add libraries to projects, a notification can be sent to project team members.
