Request management services
Whatever method you use to request marketing services, the project manager who creates the project or event in Marketing Operations OnDemand needs a set of required information.
Marketing Operations OnDemand provides the Job Queue feature for integrated request management services. By using Job Queue forms, you can create web page forms that anyone can access, even users who do not have a login to Marketing Operations OnDemand. You can request exactly the information that is required to create a project.
After someone completes and submits a form, Marketing Operations OnDemand emails the information to the job queue administrators who you specify.
The job queue administrators can then review the information and, if everything is correct, create projects or events that are based on the submitted information.
Usage - legal and compliance statement
The specific purpose of the form function is as a mechanism to capture work and information that flows in your Marketing Operations OnDemand account. Use of this tool is governed by your License Agreement. Use of forms on open, public, marketing, or other unrestricted or targeted websites is strictly prohibited. Use of the forms for gathering information from consumers or for consumer-related purposes, is strictly prohibited.
IBM® reserves the right to terminate your forms or the form function at its sole discretion if your forms become exposed to general Internet users. Also, if you use the forms inappropriately, or in such a way as to degrade Marketing Operations OnDemand services to one or more clients.
