Managing events
After you create event lists and events, there are several actions you can perform to help you manage the event lists and events.
About this task
To manage event lists and events, complete any of the following steps.
Procedure
- To send notifications about event lists or events, from the event or event list page, click Notify.
- To change the visibility of a single event, from the event page, click Modify Event. Change the Event Visibility option and click Save.
- To change the visibility of all events in an event list, from the event list page, click either Set all Public or Set all Private and click OK.
- To change security settings for an event list, from the event list page, select . Change the security options for any team members and click Save.
