Project managers can define types of events by creating event lists.
About this task
You can add event lists to categorize events. For example, you could define event
lists such as training or conferences.
To define a new type of event, complete the following steps.
Procedure
- Click Events on the main toolbar.
- Click Manage Event Lists.
- Click New Event List.
- Complete the fields and click Create.
- Define security for the Event List: who can view it, who can modify it, who can
manage it.
- Click Save.
- Optional: If you selected Notification in step 4, the
Notification page displays. Make any changes and click
Send.
Note: Do not change the URL in the message.
