Creating programs

Project managers and system administrators can create programs to allocate monthly funding for upcoming work.

About this task

Note: A program can be part of a plan or independent of any plans.

To create a program, complete the following steps.

Procedure

  1. Click Plans on the main toolbar.
  2. Do one of the following steps:
    • To create an independent program, click New Program.
    • To create a program that is part of a plan, click the plan name. On the plan details page, click New Program.
  3. Complete the fields.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Define security for the program: who can view it, who can modify it, who can manage it.
  6. Click Save.
