Last Exported Date widget

The Last Exported Date widget is displayed when the last exported date is selected for an item.

The Last Exported Date widget lists all exported files and their details, such as date, time, export profile, and so on, that contain the current item. Each listed file in the widget can be selected to show its contents that are related to only the current item. All information that is displayed in this widget is read-only.

Filter options

In the widget, you can filter the export files using the following parameters:

Date range

  • Date range of the export files. By default, date range is the last 12 months.

Status

  • The status of the file being exported, for example, exported or pending.

Export profile

  • Export profile of the data that is exported.

Created by

  • Lists the user who exported the file.

Showing and hiding columns

You can change the columns that you want to view by selecting the icon. For more information on managing column views, see Managing column views

Downloads

You can download export data information in the .csv or Excel format by clicking the download icon.
