Date last exported widget
The date last exported widget displays export history and details for the current item.
The date last exported widget lists all exported files and their details, such as date, time, and export profile, that contain the current item. You can select each listed file in the widget to show its contents that are related to only the current item. All information that is displayed in this widget is read-only.
Filter options
In the widget, you can filter the export files by using the following parameters:
- Date range
- Date range of the export files. By default, the date range is the last 12 months.
- Status
- The status of the file being exported, for example, exported or pending.
- Export profile
- Export profile of the data that is exported.
- Created by
- The user who exported the file.
Showing and hiding columns
You can change the columns that you want to view by clicking the 
icon. For more information on managing
column views, see Managing column views.
Downloads
You can download export data information in the .csv or
Excel format by clicking the 
icon.
