Updating saved public views

You can update saved public views. Save Grid Layout to View is available only for administrators. For regular users, Save Grid Layout to View is disabled. Although they can modify a public view and save it privately, they are unable to update the views itself.

Administrators can modify public views.

Procedure

  1. To add a column to the public view, select the Column icon (Column icon). For more information, see Show/Hide Columns.
  2. Click the Settings (Setting icon) icon.
  3. Select Load Saved Views.
  4. Select a view and click Load
  5. Modify the view.
  6. Click the Settings icon again and select Save Grid Layout to View. The older view is overwritten with the changes.
