Enhancements

Release update 140 introduces the following new features and usability enhancements:

  • Workflow:
    • Add new workflow states “Cancelled - by end of month” and “Cancelled - by delta”
    • Add workflow state column to the requester grid
    • Display Cancelled workflows on the requester grid
    • The workflow state column of the item will display “Cancelled - by another user”, when other user creates a workflow for the item
    • Existing workflow will be cancelled upon a commit by another user
    • Display “Under review by other user” icon on the End session widget
    • Hide workflow state filter “Cancelled - by delta” if Delta feature is not enabled
    • Display Rejected Workflows for Workflow states
    • Display Cancelled Workflowsfor Workflow states
    • Merging items under review
    • Add username to Workflow Notes when Workflow is cancelled by a user
    • Workflow Notes work well when a workflow is modified, reverted, cancelled
  • Item Conflict
    • New User Interface
    • Now allow revert on items that have changed usage values
    • Set draft item state to Conflict after PU (Periodic Update) run
    • Set state according to retained columns
  • Administration
    • Translations - Add column filtering
    • Translations - Add sub header for filter settings
    • Allow column width changes for tables
  • Supplier performance report now has default filter
  • Security enhancement
    • Implement absolute session timeout

Fixes to known problems

  • Release 140 includes general fixes and quality improvements.
